ALL DEAD PEOPLE BECOME WALKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now that the Zombie Virus is known to reanimate even the un-bitten dead does this mean that everyone has the virus? Do people who die from heart attacks re-animate into Walkers? What about the thousands of dead bodies in cars on the interstate highway?
Many military munitions such as FAEs (Fuel Air Explosives) and Thermobaric concussion devices cause over pressure and kill humans without shrapnel. According to the US military some nations such as Russia have FAEs capable of damage similar to nuclear weapons. Could the military near Ft. Benning have used such devices on the refuge columns? We saw attack helicopters assaulting downtown Atlanta while the civilians watched from the interstate highway. The Russians used FAE weapons the Chechnya to great effect.
After a couple of terrifyingly personal on screen deaths and the site of a large herd of zombie walkers approaching the farm AMC's "The Walking Dead" is rapidly concluding the second season. Now that the story has completely diverged from the comic book with Shane's extended survival and Dale's early death fans of the show can only ask "Who will be eaten next?"
Based on observations and reading fan forums we are estimating Beth, Jimmy and Patricia will probably not make it through the Zombie Horde preparing to assault the farm. Hershel is looking like he will survive and step up into the role of the group's moral compass. A role that Dale played in the comic book. Darryl is rapidly becoming the TV version of Michone and I am personally hoping that T-Dogg transitions into Tyreese next season.
Episode 12 of season 2 gets a strong B+. The only major weakness I still see is the group is still a clueless "Plague" surviving on pure luck instead of skill and as Hershel once said while stitching up Darryl. "It is a miracle you survived this long".
Glen Mazzara Interview with TV GUIDE.
Shane's death might have been the worst-kept secret of the season. How did you feel about the spoilers leaking out?
Mazzara: Any spoilers are a shame, but the truth is, this is an event that took place in the comic book. This was something that we were driving toward, but because we felt that fans would know it was coming, we decided not to make it the focal point of the season finale. I think we set it up with Dale's death in the previous episode. I think the death of two major characters back to back is pretty exciting, and we still have a lot of surprises and twists in the finale, so we did not put all our eggs in this basket. [The spoilers] didn't take as much wind out of our sails as one might expect.

The key is that everyone had the virus BEFORE the zombie uprising. It is activated with the death of an individual. So the virus is in you and only activated at a future time when you go room temperature so to speak. There are plenty of virus' that sit dormant awaiting a triggering event to activate in the medical field.
ReplyDeleteSo when you go to room temperature how do you want your coup de grass?
ReplyDeleteHead shot, Eye Stab or puree in a giant blender?
